Job Position: Field based Sales manager
Reports to: Sales Executive

Job Description:
As a Sales Person with Marketing Knowledge at MedisonMed Healthcare (U) Limited, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and promoting our products and services to healthcare professionals and institutions. You will utilize your strong sales and marketing skills to identify new business opportunities, build relationships with customers, and implement effective marketing strategies to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the healthcare sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, and clinics.
- Promote MedisonMed Healthcare's products and services through various marketing channels, including digital marketing, events, and campaigns.
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to increase brand awareness and drive sales growth.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for expansion.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted sales and marketing initiatives.
- Provide timely and accurate sales reports and forecasts to management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Strong knowledge of marketing principles and techniques.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Diploma in any marketing courses
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Biomedical Engineering
- At least one year experience in the field
- Knowledge of the healthcare market and industry trends is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
